Description

To rise up as a leader, you will need to master the art of delegating tasks to your direct reports AND coaching them effectively, as they learn those new tasks. Through our one-day Task-Based Leadership workshop, you will learn to adjust your leadership style, depending on that specific direct report and their relationship to tasks they are completing.

 

You will leave our workshop with completed templates, a powerful leadership philosophy to lead your direct reports. Further, you will be challenged to identify certain tasks that you can delegate, and create your own plan to of action to effectively transfer this task/tasks.
